Lunch

Something that is fun and different about Canada vs Utah is that Canada has great food.  Great food as in all sorts of ethnic gourmet goodness.  For example, just down the street we have Greek, Persian, Japanese, Thai, Italian, Mexican, and Vietnamese.  It is a good thing Keith and I are poor, otherwise we'd be eating out everyday.

Yesterday I decided to try something I've been dying to try for months, a Vietnamese sub, or a Banh Mi.

This sandwich was so good!  Lemongrass chicken, cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, onions, cilantro, and a special vinegary sauce.  It was crispy and crunchy and fresh and oh so yummy.

I highly recommend the Banh Mi.  And if you can't find one in Utah, come on up to Edmonton and I'll treat you. :)

I had never heard of a banh mi until you blogged about it, and today I tried one. Delicious!
