The Tuesday Drudge, the Sequel

Do you ever have those days where you are busy and crazy and there is stuff going on, but you find that you still have nothing to blog about?  Yeah, it's been one of those weeks.

Maybe I've just lost all of my creativity...or I just can't organize my thoughts enough to write anything worth writing.  A toss-up?

But did you notice?  I added a new page to my blog last week.  Things I want to do before I die, or just get done sometime.  Really, there isn't anything that exciting on the list.  Like, I don't have "Kiss the Pope" on there.  And that would be really exciting, especially once security got wind of it and arrested me.  "Spend a night in jail" isn't on there either.  Mostly it's a list of things most normal people have done in their life that I just haven't gotten around to doing yet.  So...does that make me abnormal?

I just received an email to from the chair sociology chair at the U.  Apparently they are asking alumni for donations.  It seems that the undergrad students are having a hard time financially because of the economic crisis.  And they think that I have money to spare?! I was a sociology undergraduate once upon a time, too, remember?  I struggle financially as well.  Does anyone else think that perhaps our woes have less to do with the economic crisis and more to do with the fact that we majored in sociology?  Just a thought.

I don't like Tuesdays.  But I do like stinky tofu.

Don't knock it til you've tried it.

Ok, I wanted to comment on the 100 things to do before you die.

First, I think you can cross some more stuff off your list. #36 was attend a temple ceremony in another country. Hello! Taiwan.

#82 picture with a random statue. Does the moose in Park City count?

I want to help you achieve some of these things. You are going skiing with me this winter. I will make you. #30 skiing #38 I would love to walk a 5k with you. We will have to set one up. Would a run/walk count? #63 Sept. 18 may work.
