I just was outside poking around the flower beds. Something else has been digging around, but this time they left a small shovel in their wake. Perhaps a small child? That or cats have suddenly developed opposable thumbs...
Youtube is my new favorite thing. Well, it's always been a favorite, but I find I like it more and more everyday. Did you know you could watch full-length features like Emma or Thoroughly Modern Millie? Sure, they might come in 9 or 17 parts, but it certainly is convenient. Especially when you are sick with mono and are too tired to get up and put a movie on but have your laptop handy.
Tonight I made chicken taquitos for dinner. It was one of those dishes where I found a receipe that looked good, then made up my own recipe which tastes great. And I never measure anything. I love cooking.
Have you looked at the shows Cedar City is putting on for the Shakespearean Festival this year? They look absolutely fantastic. I am dying to go...who wants to go with me?
My Canadian is coming to town in 15 days and he'll be here for 10. I can hardly wait!
Oh, and by the way, I am totally making these this weekend:
Yep, that's right. Frozen balls of cookie dough dipped in chocolate and put on a stick. Could anything ever look more delicious or tempting? I may need to revise the recipe, however. A whole stick of butter for only 9 little blobs seems just a bit extreme.
Bon Appetit!
